Assessing my current situation

Redirect. No biggie. Assessing my current situation, I started eating crap food about a month ago when I had terrible pain from a mouth infection. I got through the pain without taking anything more than ibuprofen, YAY for me, so happy about that. But today I feel hooked on carbs and junkie food I picked up during that time of pain. Not good for my body, I can feel it already. Through assessment, I realized my biggest problem has been in the evenings when I have let boredom set in without choosing healthy activities. So I decided to make a drawing or painting each evening for the next seven evenings instead of reverting to supposed “comfort” food as an activity. Also, it is lovely spring, I will go on a walk each evening to look at the sky and trees.
